Alfredo is the founding member of Silver Shoe farm. He is a renowned farrier in the North East and has been in the horse industry for 22+ years. He is attentive to details and prioritizes the health and happiness of all horses and riders.

Roger is a MA-licensed riding instructor, international course designer and judge, who has been riding and training horses for 45+ years. He specializes in Jumping but his experience ranges from hunter/jumper and basic dressage to driving. He is known for training young, green, and difficult horses.

Roger is a Grand Prix trainer and has competed in national and international jumping championships including winning first place in A and B circuit competitions.

Roger strives to create a supportive and comfortable environment for all riders along with curating lessons to develop riders' unique skill sets.
